Never said it was an apology. He clearly is saying that he did not see the plane. If that doesn't mean he was wrong, I don't know what does.

Well I kinda look @ it like this:if a man doesn't apologize, or say he was wrong, it's probably cause he does not think he was wrong or needs to apologize-reiterating facts is merely that, nothing more..

The sad thing here is we could have president that thinks he can do no wrong & AINT GONNA APOLOGIZE NO MATTER WHAT....
