Lyndon Johnson's CIVIL RIGHTS ACT of 1964 was a failure. Its original goals were to clampdown on racial discrimination against Black Americans, and to end the era of Jim Crow racial segregation of Blacks from White in the US, but the policy had many flaws and unintended consequences.
Starting on the day of his inauguration as POTUS47 in January 2025, President Trump began systematically gut the Civil Rights Act of 1964 with a series of Executive Orders..
That's another huge goal that Trump's kicked.. It made me think about the the videos that are appearing on social medial platforms (like, ""You Tube" and Ti c-Tock" that are focussed on exposing and shaming the outrageously bad-mannered and antisocial behaviours of so-called "GHETTOo" and "RATCHET" Black behaviours.
This offensive, vulgar, boisterous, lewd , totally inconsiderate, unruly, brawling, food-fighting, shop-lifting, foul-mouthed, biting and spitting on Police (seriously) behaviour - captured on video (from Store Security Cameras, Police Body Cams or the iPhones of bystanders - isbad. IT IS VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR; IN FACT IT IS EVEN WORSE THAN THE BEHAVIOUR OF DRUNKEN ABORIGINALS IN AUSTRALIA (AND, MAN, THAT IS UGLY INDEED.
There can be no doubt that Ghetto/Ratchet Black culture is the result of the low average IQ of 85 points for American Blacks, poor impulse control (behavioural inhibition) that results in poor self-discipline and self-regulation. This due to the smaller brain volume of Blacks and is believed to be 80% genetically-determined.
Good Manners, politeness and courtesy are GOOD THING. Where the majority of people in a society are well- mannered then that society will be a pleasant place to live (generally speaking)l. If Good Manners is basically about being respectful of others and taking their feelings into consideration, then "Ghetto"/"Ratchet" Black behaviour is the exact opposite . It is all about not giving a single, flying fuck how your loud, foul - mouthedLewd, vulgar,, dirty tasteless, , grubby, offensive behaviours effect those other persons around you.
Finally, here's a question I have for one of you Yanks to answer....
Suppose I am a Whitey Yank and I live in an American city that has quite a large Black enclave, One day, I decide that I would like to open a small business. in the city centre. What I have in mind is a classy, Sea-Food restaurant that will cater for customers who appreciate good quality food and service iin a refined environment. When my restaurant is ready to open I place a sign on the front of the premises that says: "NO "GHETTO"/"RATCHET" PERSONS PERMITTED - (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE ! ).
THE QUESTION I HAVE IS: "WOULD THIS SIGN BE ILLEGAL ?".

Now, WHITEY (ANGLO-EUROPEAN) Yanks get really pissed off at having grubby, uncouth, lewd , etc Ratchet-type Blacks in t"heir face "when they are in public. If you look back through the history of America you will see that the first settlers who arrived from England were the Pilgrims and the Puritans, who were very devout and strict Protestants. These people regarded good manners and respectful, civilised behaviour in public as mandatory. (They were also up-tight about anything to do with the body and sexual relations - this is why White Americans still have a reputation for being PRUDES in 2025) To cut a long story very short, my theory of the White American mind is that Puritanism and devout Protestantism left an enduring imprint in a number of ways; one was being conscious of the importance of politeness and good manners in public .
