DJT doesn't have to change the law because he has children to carry on his legacy. Invanka 2024, 2028: The first female POTUS. Then Don Jr. for two terms, followed by Baron.
 
Then the last part of the plan takes effect. Putin takes over and Trump gets a bunch of money.
Maybe Trump serves 2 more terms, maybe cut to one with good behavior.

It is what rightys said Obama was going to do. Trump will finish one and run like those in his cabinet who quit with the police on their heels. No way Trump makes 2.
