Is this part of his drain the swamp strategy or does he just not care?
To my mind the latter given the mental disconnect and absense of planning and
implementation on everything else. We are dealing with a man who wanted
to be President for bragging rights. He simply doesn't seem at all driven to
accomplish anything that requires any personal effort.
 
State was infected by globalists. Ideally you want them,out and nationalists put in.
But it's not that easy to find Foreign Service officials who aren't wed to "the USA is in the middle of everything"

Tillerson makes no bones State is a bloated mess, and was a cult of personality under Clinton.
