“I want to see two things in Los Angeles. Voter ID, so that the people have a chance to vote, and I want to see the water be released and come down into Los Angeles and throughout the state,” Trump told reporters in North Carolina, where he was touring hurricane recovery efforts.”


So it appears Trump has zero interest in uniting the country. And the voter ID stipulation is bullshit, currently fourteen other States don’t require Voter ID, another thirteen only under special considerations, and it is really bogus considering Voter ID is documented as not being an issue (https://www.brennancenter.org/issue...an-can-vote/vote-suppression/myth-voter-fraud)

Does Trump understand the precedent he is setting? So the next time those red states get hit by the hurricanes and tornadoes that frequent their areas a Democrat President can demand conditions before sending in any aid

And why not do the same for states that get Hurricanes?
Make them build better homes that can at least stand a mild hurricane.
We keep bailing the Hurricane states out year after year after year .
And now Cal. needs help they want to put conditions on it, I say if you put conditions on Cal then put conditions on states that get hurricanes all the time.
 
They already have conditions for homes in Fla.

Florida building codes for hurricanes are designated by risk zones, which are: Category I — Homes must withstand wind speeds of 156 mph up to 165 mph. Category II — Homes must withstand wind speeds of 170 mph up to 175 mph. Category III — Homes must withstand wind speeds of 180 mph up to 185 mph

Biden's actions were backed by the other nations in the loan guarantees. Shokin was a well-known thief of government money. He was a man with Trumpian principles. Take all you can get. Biden did the right thing.
