Trump charged with another crime.! Why not OBAMA for his DACA program?

Trump is now being charged with racketeering in georgia for merely contesting the 2020 election! If we are gonna go after ex-presidents, let's go after the kenyan monkey for his DACA program enacted not by congress, but by an Obama executive order.

Section 1324 title 8 of the US code makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live here.

The kenyan monkey issued the DACA EO and admitted he gave 800,000 illegals a certificate saying they can work here. That is clearly a 1324 violation and the penalties for this crime include death and that means there is no Statute of Limitations. The case is open and shut, so why isn't trump calling for this?
 
And let's charge former prez clinton with 85 counts of murder because of what he did at waco. It was on tv.! As with the kenyan monkey, the case against clinton is a slammy-dunky.

It's not just for contesting the vote - it's for trying to bully the Sec of State into "finding votes" and overturning the will of the people, while at the same time trump's henchman were lying and attacking volunteer voting officials for just doing their job. I hope trump, Rudy and the rest of the trump crime family fry for it.

That was a lie from the press. Koresh was not a child molester and TV made that up. And if he was, he still deserved a trial. But clinton had him and 80 others burned alive.
