Trump calls Green a trader, over a bill he claims to support!

Lurchy, I am sorry, but I cannot take any more time triggering you for the rest of the day.

Perhaps tomorrow you will allow me to dominate your day again?
Suit yourself - I'll do my best to live without being disappointed by your lack of intelligence, morality, and empathy for a few hours.

Ciao' loser.

They almost all do. Even a right-winger should know that much. Pelosi's husband owns an investment firm. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/hawley-democrats-vote-stock-trading-ban-committee/ You are attacking the wrong side if you think politicians are taking advantage of inside knowledge. The Dems have tried to end it. The Repubs fought it again and again.
Yea, like that time Pelosi got a bill passed to raise minimum wage--except in American Samoa where she and hubby had a tuna canning plant so they could continue to pay their workers slave wages...

Is there any connection between your love of Anime and your religion?
Could be. Weirder things have happened. That aside, I like the whole philosophy of it. It's very flexible and you get to choose what you want to accept and believe. I like the idea we get another chance at things (reincarnation / Isekai). Christian 'heaven' seems like a really dull place where you never get a challenge because everything is handed to you no questions asked.

Yes, I am. Shen Buddhist.

Geeez.

Now I guess there's right-wing redneck Buddhism. :palm:

First they hijack Christianity and turn it into a right-wing nationalist gun-goober hate cult, now they're apparently doing it to Buddhism.

Can't wait to see what weird, twisted, extremist, xenophobic bastardization this turns into.

🙄

I used to attend a Shin Buddhist Temple in Denver back in the day. Odd ducks them. I am a Secular Theravada Buddhist.. There are some major differences between the two.
I have a question about rational people subscribing to a particular sect of a religion. Do you believe they are 100% correct about everything they teach? Or is Bhudism different about teaching? How did you end up with a particular sect or even a particular religion.

I have my own beliefs, but they do not fit with any specific religion at all.
