Can you imagine another Trump administration made up entirely of loyalist, as in ass-kissers, bootlickers, flunkies, suck-up's, brown-noses, and flatter's?!! This is especially dangerous to have the leadership of our military made up of these kind's of people?!!

A group of Donald Trump’s former aides is preparing a turnkey administration for his return to the White House, as the embattled former president hints that he’s preparing to make a third run for the nation’s highest office.

America First Policy Institute, a nonprofit led by former Trump cabinet member and World Wrestling Entertainment executive Linda McMahon, has essentially assembled a shadow government for Trump -- or, potentially, any other Republican who takes the White House from Democrats in 2024.

The organization, based a short walk from the White House, is also developing policy proposals for an expected Republican-controlled House in November. The administration-in-waiting includes potential cabinet members, senior White House officials and even political appointees at federal agencies.

Wonder what makes them think that #TRE45ON would win? Plotting another coup, are they?
 
By the time the 2024 election comes around the Trump people will have in place in State Legislatures the capacity to declare Trump the winner regardless of the vote. There is a huge SCOTUS case coming up in the Fall that will make it all “legal.”

Between that, and GOP efforts to disenfranchise voters, Trump knows, regardless of the conclusions of the 1/6 Committee or any of the current investigations, he stands a chance of succeeding in a “legal” coup
 
What am I missing here, there are plenty of think tanks in DC that propose policy positions for politicians. How is this any different?

Hardly. So are all other think tanks, whether right, left or Libertarian all shadow govts? (There’s probably a fair amount I would disagree with policy wise with an American First think tank but that’s not what I’m discussing.)

Things like the inflation we're experiencing now don't happen overnight. They build up over months & years when there is no sound economic foundation.

Inflation was already rising by the time Biden took office. If you want to lay blame for the current circumstances - it lays firmly at Trump's feet.

The reason for high inflation is out of control government spending. Who had control of Congress and spending during the Trump Admin? And now?
