The airline obsessed with hiring women thunked a plane so hard onto a runway that it flipped over and exploded. I'm not saying correlation implies causation here, but I do know this: In order to get an all-female flight crew, you have to purposely exclude the majority of capable staff and select from a much smaller pool of staff. Statistically speaking, the quality of a crew based on genitals is going to be far worse than a crew based on skill.
