This is the man who said while HE WAS RUNNING FOR OFFICE ten years ago that he could shoot people on the street and not lose any votes. Maybe he couldn't do it but he proved then that he can say it and he's been saying it in his unique and different ways ever since. Attacking his mental state never goes anywhere.
