California has 36,000 undocumented per House district.With California, the loss of illegal immigrants hits much deeper than anywhere else. Not only do they lose multiple seats in the House and EC, but their economy takes a big hit that in turn slams the state government with a massive loss of revenue. That in turn will exacerbate the flight of business out of the state.
