As a result of tRump's sold out and un American republicans at about 126 of the bastards conspiring with tRump to destroy Democracy at conspiring to insult the integrity of SCOTUS with a foul and seditious Texas lawsuit, U.S. Constitutional law amendments are meant to be used when necessary, and not to be debated on with non action. In this case as a historical effort among un Americans to over throw Democracy and the will of the historical over 80 million voter, the 14th amendment is absolutely justified to be levied on all of them, and to let them know that Democracy is here to stay but they are out of having any further influence on governance and society with further and justified action against them too. Had this been the other way around, these repukes who invoke the 14th amendment so fast it would be like light speed. Time for Justice to have its day against them.

Over 120 House Republicans and counting have signed onto a court filing expressing support for a lawsuit from Texas state Attorney General Ken Paxton (R), who is seeking the invalidation of the election outcome in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, all of which Biden won. Paxton’s case is not legitimate — Republicans have not suddenly come up with legitimate evidence for their case against the election results after dozens of decisive post-election court losses around the country.
