Even though these Forum Libs will deny it, just about every one of them hates Tim Tebow because he is a Tea Party type and wears his religion on his sleeve. Libs do not like religion because religion tries to teach them not to take drugs, to not allow third trimester abortions, that marriage is between a man and women, etc etc, things that most Libs adhere to and I am Right On this one. Forget about his football playing ability, Libs will never like Tebow regardless of how he plays the game, which proves that Libs are way out there in "LEFT" field, even kind of weird..............................

But Right now, you do not like Tim Tebow, admit the truth for once? You just basically admitted it when you added "IF Tim Tebow helps them win" you will love him, so IF he does not win, you will hate him like you do now? Are you religious, are you a Christian?

If I disliked him. For any reason, I would tell you. As a lifelong Christian and former pastor, I certainly don't disapprove of him because of his faith. From what little I know of him, he seems like a gifted athelete, but with mixed reviews on his ability to be a starting QB in the NFL. I hope that Belichick can work his magic with him. Time will tell.
 
The Jaguars have had, for years, a strong Christian organization and extensive community outreach, led by their best players, including Tony Boselli.

I never faulted them for this. Of course, they never slammed it down the fan's throats either.

I was one of Tebow's staunchest supporters while he was a Bronco, and I'd LOVE to see him catch on somewhere else and show the Broncos what a mistake they made when they cut him loose.

As usual, this is just another bullshit SJ thread, meant to create more hate.

I don't think a professional athlete has ever been done a greater disservice by the media than Tim Tebow. Lots of popular stars, such as Tiger Woods and George St. Pierre have huge fan bases which follow them around, but it rarely devolves into a circus (really, take away the adultary this current spat with Sergio, and Tiger would be 100% on this claim). The media chooses not to swoon over them the way it does Tebow.

The media swoons over Tiger Woods all the time, and since he played golf with President Obama, it is even more apparent. I hope that Tim Tebow makes them all eat crow and after football, he runs for Congress just like that knucklehead comedian Senatior Al Frankin did and won with no political background. Tebow is a very good speaker, much better than the average athlete, some who can hardly read and made it through school because they were star athletes. The Libs are afraid of Tebow, because The People like him, which could mean a political future for Tim as a Tea Party type candidate. Someone on a thread said that Tebow was a Demo Lib, no way Jose.

How about a future Republican Congressman/Senator Tim Tebow, would you still like him Zappy? Moore hate, the Libs are the trouble makers going all the way back to the old Netscape/AOL Boards. The Liberal AOL immediatey closed the "Rate President Bush" Board down after Obama won. They never had a "Rate President Obama" Board, now did they? You have always been jealous of me because I won our popularity poll and every old Board members knows it, butt I have forgiven you.

Why is Tebow the most popular QB with conservatives? Is it because he is the best QB? Is it because he is such a staunch conservative?

Is it because of his faith? Or is it because of his public displays of his faith?
