In the political football game that the Republicans are playing, they will for sure now try to steal the headlines from the Affordable Healthcare Act and try to change the focus onto Attorney General Holder.

If the ACA had been shot down, I belive they would have had the headline and that they wanted. Now they are going to have to go after the President's creditability another way. Holder will be the victim of that!

LOL. They scheduled that vote for today regardless. But yeah, I think they wanted it to be two hits in a row, but now it will be only one and I think everybody will be talking about the ACA ruling anyway.

It was already a given that Holder would be held in contempt of Congress. I wonder if the House Democrats storm out in protest like the Republicans did.

They scheduled the vote today, but negotiations to call it off have been ongoing, I belive they kept the negotiations ongoing to see what this ruling said, then decide if to negotiate in ernest!

nope... some of them will join in voting to hold Holder in contempt. We saw that the conservative Roberts put partisan views behind him to make the right call... will the Dems in the House do the same?

The Democrats will not act like spoiled brats, in fact some will join in voting for the contempt.

I don't think so.

Apparently quite a few will... Currently there are 5 that have already said they will vote to hold Holder in contempt, and it is expected there will be more.

Another thing we'll have to wait and see on. But in today's environment we've had claims of "bipartisan" when just one person crossed the line.
