Chairman: Do we have a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting
Member 1: I so make a motion
Member 2: I second the motion
US Representative: Mr. Chairman, I have a point of order, prior to the vote.
Chairman: We recognize the Representative from the US.
US Representative: We are vetoing not only the vote, regarding the minutes from the last meeting; but also the minutes themselves.
 
Better yet, each permanent veto-wielding member might veto saying ' Good morning ' to the numbnuts representative of the US of AIPAC until said member set up a United Nations of his own along with Israel, Canada, the Czech Republic and some obscure Pacific islanders .
You have to have seen the outcome of the recent UN vote to recognise Palestine in order to appreciate the inherent humour of that. Naturally, if you didn't see the outcome of that vote then here is a perfect opportunity to ignore reality and do some flag-waving.
