We all knew that Florida was the major hotbed of pandemic fraud, but it looks like the Republicans were in it deeply. Joe Harding, the man who wrote the Don't Say Gay Law, was caught stealing $150,000... And almost certainly stole far more.

Republicans fell all over themselves saying how wonderful he was for hating gays, and so he is only getting 4 months in jail for his crime. He can even keep the extra money he stole, because investigators could not prove it in time.

Joe Harding raced to the front of the plea bargain line, because he realized with a compliant judge, he could get away with most of his crimes. He will literally be able to keep all the money he stole that they did not find yet.

Meanwhile, there is no evidence Fauci stole anything, so no reason for him to race to a plea bargain. Hawkeye does not like the facts Fauci presented. That is completely different than stealing money.
