I’d say that everyone, both sides, take a deep breath and see how this plays out.

We now know what the FBI sought. Some sort of nuclear-related documents. We don’t know the nature of those or whether they actually found any.

Maybe we’ll know more if and when the warrant is released. But we still won’t know the content of the actual documents seized. Probably not for a long time. If ever.

He’s kinda between the rock and hard place.

If he doesn’t release it, the courts will. I suspect he will fight it, citing the chronic “I’m a victim of my political enemies.”

He will still use the same mantra when the courts release it.

You know, no. I am going to go ahead and say, he had sensitive data. And because he lost his security clearance he was not authorized to even view the material.

Actually, if he doesn't sign it, he'll likely oppose its release which will delay its release for some time while it plays out in court.
