If Trump wins, Biden will still be POTUS through part of January..
SCOTUS says that the president can do pretty much what he/she wants.
If Biden doesn't have Trump eliminated on the spot,
he'll get the 25th Amendment treatment and Harris certainly WOULD do it.
Trump's SCOTUS has already set this up.
Six of them should disappear with him.
