The solution to the Obamacare mess?

Senator Ron Johnson (R., Wisc.) and Rep. Fred Upton (R., Mich.) have proposed the “If You Like Your Health Care Plan You Can Keep It Act,” with dozens of co-sponsors.

The two-page bill simply states that “nothing shall be construed to require that an individual terminate coverage under a group health plan or health insurance coverage in which such individual was enrolled during any part of the period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act and ending on December 31, 2013.”

I agree with that one, I would support a bill that would grandfather you in, IF you wanted to keep your plan and the Insurance company wanted to offer it, the law should not prevent it. No new policies that don't qualify and only for people who already have the inferior policy. But I would support such an amendment. Okay, looks like we have one agreement.
.

The issue with this proposal is that the Individual is not the one required to terminate coverage, its the Insurance Company that is no longer allowed to offer the coverage.
