What is being ignored.....is the US CONSTITUTION and BILL OF RIGHTS. No law can contradict the standard of a law in this nation, the constitution. Instead of hanging a banner if there was a ban on displaying a banner of any kind on "PRIVATE PROPERTY"....any monies should be applied to legal fees in getting this act of fascism repealed. But...if one wants to freely live in any area populated by proponents of FASCISM....its their bed to sleep in. Its humorous's any way one wants to look at it. Coming from either side....STUPIDITY appears to be the "culpable" party.

We can laugh at such acts of blue state fascism here where I call home...why? Because we still teach our children biblical morality and the 10 commandments still hang in every courtroom at the county seat.
