It is a given, Mitch's goal, we've already had campaign finance and civil rights, and with the latest ideologues Mitch added, after abortion will come guns
 
The Court should stand up for the Constitution, and then the Revolution will destroy the Court the rest of the way, but it will be in front of everyone, the Revolution will be the drivers of Evil not this court.

The current spendy bill does pass muster because of discrimination.
