But the fact that in the last 30 years of Presidential Elections, the Republiclowns have only won the popular vote ONCE proves that America leans towards liberalism.

And, in general, our election system DOES run by popular vote. Senators, Governors, House Representatives, State Senators, Secrataries of State, etc. all are elected by popular vote. The only exception is the presidential election. It's the ONLY election that doesn't run by popular vote.

Whatever the reason, it needs to change to popular vote just like every other American election. Electoral college disenfranchises too many voters.
If you're a republican in a solid blue state like California or New York,
Or a democrat in a solid red state like Texas or Alabama,
Your vote is essentially worthless. You have no representation in Washington.

Also, the way it is now, it's much easier to steal an election by just concentrating on defrauding a few swing states.
It'd be almost impossible to steal with a popular vote.
