There is reality, and then there is fantasy. Whatever the accusations, lets look at what people believe. You do not even need to admit they are right to admit this is what they believe.
Democrats believe trump is terrible for America. Even if they are completely wrong, that is their belief. Even many Republicans who have actually met trump describe him as a "shit show", but all we need to do is believe that Democrats think he is a disaster. We do not have to believe they are right, just that they believe that.
Even if Republicans win every Senate election, they will only have 64 seats in the Senate. They need 67 to impeach, and it is impossible for them to win every election. Literally, the most elections they could win would be 25, giving them 54 seats, so they would need to convince 13 Democrats to vote for impeachment of a President and VP fully knowing that would put trump in office. Remember Democrats believe trump will be terrible for our country, so that is an impossibility.
I do not have to convince you that trump is too lazy to be Speaker of the House, or that impeaching a President and VP just to reverse an election and appoint trump would be a disaster for the Republican Party. All I have to do is convince you that Democrats believe trump is terrible for this country.
But what if Republicans try to blackmail Biden and Harris into resigning? I do not believe there is such evidence against either of them, much less both of them, but for the sake of discussion, we can say hypothetically there is. The safest place for them is in the White House. If the evidence is out there, Republicans would not be able to hold it back, and it would be a crime to try to hold it back. But being in the White House with trump as Speaker of the House would mean no criminal trial would be possible, and no conviction on an impeachment would be possible. This would buy them time to figure out a way out. But again, no evidence.
Overthrow the US Government? If the Gravy Seals ever went against the Navy Seals, I think we all know who would win.
No man made event can remove Biden from office, but Biden could die. He is in noticeably better health than trump, but both could die(or either one). Death just happens. But you would need both Biden and the much younger and healthier Harris to die, all while trump is speaker of the house magically waiting in a job he cannot do... So very far fetched.
Basically put, Biden will be in office until January of 2025. He will probably run for reelection, so there is a good possibility he will be in office until January of 2029. trump will be out of office until January of 2025. There is a good chance he will run for election, and a reasonable chance he will win. So he may start serving in January of 2025.
