when nothing could be further from the truth, if anything, Comey threw more fuel on the fire, KremlimGate is going be around for at least another year or two, and will continue to anchor the President's agenda

The President keeps trying to convince America he is now "vindicated,"

Says the people who pretended to believe that Comey's statements "vindicated" Hillary because she said so.

LOL.

Let's see, Trump said that Comey told him on three separate occasions that he was not under investigation and Comey said he told Trump on three separate times that Trump was not under investigation...

So...

I'd so far say that Trump was closer to the truth on this one than HillBillary was.

The grounds for impeachment were etched in stone by the time Comey was finished with his testimony...

What has Robert Mueller told Trump about whether or not he's under investigation?

Got an answer for that?

How cute. Offering a strawman. The issue isn't whether or not trump asked about being investigated. The issue WAS about trump telling Comey to back off of Flynn.

Now it's about almost everyone in his inner circle being a paid Russian operative.

First of all he didn't tell Comey to back off Flynn

Second of all, even if he had he would have been within his right to do so. The FBI Director reports to the President.

I keep, hearing this "independent" FBI bullshit. They aren't an independent organization. They work for the President. He can tell them what to do as part of his job.

You people sound like the FBI Director is some holier than thou position elected by the American people

It is stunning to see people genuflect to government institutions

You know people shit their pants over Trump putting in his letter that Comey said he wasn't being investigated. Remember when that news broke. And so Comey corroborated what Trump said and you think it makes Trump look bad

Yup lol.

The FBI is arguably the most effective investigative body on the planet. And for months they have been looking into the Russian allegations---and Comey, the FBI head, cleared Trump.

In order to believe Trump is currently under investigation by Mueller, you have to believe Mueller has found something the FBI didn't or was unable to---even though they both are looking at the same [lack of?] evidence.

If you believe that---it's only because you really want to, since it has no logical basis. You should listen to Chris Matthews.

lol......you offer three demmycrat strawmen to refute what Damo mentions of the specific testimony given under oath......and call the actual evidence a strawman.......if we scripted stupidity like that you would accuse of of lying......

Re: bold text - that is technically true. But any idiot ought to be able to understand that there is a line that you don't cross, because as soon as you do, it becomes obstruction of justice.

The President telling his FBI Director to back off an investigation of someone he has zero ties to or no relationship with is one thing. Telling that same Director to back off an investigation of someone he has close ties to and a possible personal interest in not having something found out about, is a whole 'nother thing altogether.

That the Trumptards refuse to see that speaks volumes about the lack of integrity surrounding Dumpster Donnie and everyone who supports him.
