it certainly didnt help .
sending gear to Ukraine was provocative - i get the need to arm, but if yiou do that you are also signaling Putin we are now treating Uk as a client state and th arms and support were only going to expand.

I have to wonder if Putin is proactive invasion or reactive to US/NATO armaments
IOW's could negotiations have stopped this war.
