As I just wrote, not supporting prohibition isn't the same as supporting what happened at the clinic.

Also, only 44% of Philly residents are African American. Which is fewer than their population of whites.

sorry, the majority of this man's patients were in fact black.....in fact, at the hearings it was described as a "super-majority".....so much so that black community leaders accused him of targeting poor, black women because he thought he could get away with it easier.....
