Last time I checked there were less than 90,000 people in Wales paying 40% tax rate. The Barnett formula was intended as a quick fix even Joel Barnett says that it ought to be scrapped.

We just take all their money and assets until we figure out what the hell is going on. What's wrong with that? Very, very few people have nearly all the wealth. Something is wrong, bigly. We need to steal their shit until we can fix it. Then we can have a laissez faire do-over.

first you would have to reform our tax code so that there are not so many tax loopholes to get a fairer tax system

not to take it all but for a fairer share

right now the alleged middle class pays most of the income tax. the middle class needs a raise in wages.

A recent analysis has drawn the conclusion that as many as 850,000 died in that war. The manner of their dying is immaterial.

I saw an interesting thing on Facebook the other day. It was in timeline form that made it much more powerful

1624-1865 - 241 years of slavery
1865-1964 - 99 years of Jim Crow and segregation
1964-today -52 years of "freedom"
