The NAACP is holding a protest against photo ID laws…
But you must bring a photo ID in order to join them at the rally.



Pundit Press reported:
The NAACP will be holding a march to protest voter ID laws. In order to attend, all members are required to bring along a photo ID.
In a flier entitled “Important Dos and Don’ts for Marchers!!!,” the NAACP state at the top that all protesters conduct themselves “in accordance with the historic custom of the Civil Rights Movement.” They should also listen to their “marshals at all times” and follow the “Dos” and “Don’ts” underneath the opening paragraph…
…In the middle of the list, however, is a drastically ironic “Do.” To go to the rally, you are asked to have “photo identification (driver’s license, passport or other valid photo id) with you and keep it on your person at all times.”

Yes it may be that the NAACP fears that the police will come and arrest some of those who attend this event and in that case it will be important to have photo ID. The police have a harder time arresting someone with ID for a minor or trumped offense, those without ID can generally be held for 72 hours.

Too bad as a fake scientist, sexist, racist and whoever else you hate, you couldn't think that though, tommy. Maybe next time! Or maybe never!

Well, golly! Wouldn't you agree that it would make sense to take some identification along to the polling place, where it would make it harder for the police to arrest you for felony voter fraud?

Strawman bullshit as usual.....the reason is irrelevant....its hypocritical to say you should or must have one while protesting against needing one for other reasons....

So the National Association for the Advancement of COLORED people aren't disenfranchising their people asking them to have ID? I thought these colored people don't have ID?

Don't you see the hypocrisy and irony?
