Rob Reiner 78, who gained fame in the early 70's playing Michael "Meathead" Stivic, son-in-law of Archie Bunker in the ground breaking TV show All In The Family, has been found stabbed to death along with his wife in their Bel Aire home.

I heard from someone else that the police have been questioning a family member, possibly their son.

His father was the legendary comedian, Carl Reiner

At 78 he was still highly involved in creating more projects. If it was his son, I'm guessing mental and/or drug problems.

Slain Hollywood icon Rob Reiner and his wife had their throats slit during a heated argument with a family member inside their Los Angeles home, according to a report.

The legendary director and his wife of 36 years, Michelle Singer Reiner, were found Sunday afternoon by their daughter, Romy — who immediately told cops the killer was another family member, TMZ reported.

Romy said the relative “should be a suspect” because they’re “dangerous,” sources told the outlet.

It is a tremendous tragedy. He was a very gifted director and actor that brought us some all time classic movies.

Unfortunately, nobody is safe from the ravages of drug addiction.
