I guess I can thank Joe Biden Infrastructure dollars? I don;t know how much the county counts on federal assistance.. It is a very wealthy fast growing county.

Gee I thought county roads were done by the state's infrastructure tax system below federal tax system and outside townhalls and city councils as county seats chain of command structure levels of reality over actual time evolving in plain sight naturally timed apart by hearts beating and individual brains navigating space when alive between womb to tomb rotations of the planet changing form with same chromosomes from infant, toddler, adolescent, puberty, able to conceive another generation gap, opportunities to become 1 of 2 parents, 1 of 4 grandparents, 1 of 8 great grandparents, etc.

Regardless male or female, race(ancestral lineage), creed(generation gap), color(race), national origin(geological location of inception of ancestral lineage), etc.
Context describes human behavior throughout history. Chromosomes define the lifetimes lived each rotation history was written up to current events with 8.3 billion soles displaced now.
