I don't know what "Amensty" is, but it sounds like it smells bad. And I am also against a "Pubic" Option.... BTW the "Hugh" sign is obviously photo-shopped to add Hugh rather than what was written there, they mismatched the pen color and everything...

My guess is it was "One Big Ass Mistake America" as it spells "OBAMA" if you take the first letter of each word.
