The Daily Dumbass Report

A proud veteran has a message for the Oaf Keepers:

"If you seriously believe that you are capable of going up against the United States government, I would urge you to put your affairs in order, because you will be swiftly and efficiently fragged, tagged, and bagged. The idea that a bunch of rag-tag, candy-ass, drunks believe they could stand up against even a platoon, let alone the full force of the US military is hysterically funny. You have no idea how stupid you appear, prancing through the woods in your camo, to individuals who have seen real combat. Deal with it, ass-holes. The C-in-C is an African-American. He was democratically elected (in a landslide). All the rest of your whining is bullshit, and you lack even the rudimentary courage to state your true objection to our President.
Fuck it, I haven't worn a green suit for almost 40 years, but I just might re-up for a chance to put one in the ten ring of a few of you jackasses."

That is all.

Lil' Yurtie has neglected his duty to bump my posts while claiming that any one who responds to them is my troll, so I have to do it myself.

Perhaps he has been busy giving Dumber N' Shit a reach-around to console his butt-buddy for the schooling I served him earlier.

That would explain his recent references to his "wife".

Now, back to the subject at hand.

If these Oaf Keepers (as a member of the military or as a civil law enforcement officer) were to try to justify not doing their job, they would find themselves afoul of the UCMJ or a mutitude of statutes.

IMHO, if a member of the armed forces did take an oaf to disobey orders they deem illegal, they have violated their previous obligations, as the oath of service states the attestee harbors no reservation or purpose of evasion.

you obviously never served in the military, so how would you know what the hell you're talking about?

And you have a source for that assertion?

Of course you don't. :cof1:

The US Constitution incorporates four references to a militia.

The first (US Con. Art. II., s. 2, c. 1) reads:

"The President shall be Commander in Chief . . . of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual service of the United States."

And when the miltia is not in service to the United States, the commander in chief of it is the states' governor.

The second reference (US Con. Art. I., s. 8., c. 15) reads in relevant part:

"Congress shall have the Power To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, ... suppress insurrections."

Neither the President, nor the states' governors, are likely to call you and your deluded pals out to "defend against" themselves, are they?

Another Oaf Keeper fail.

Tell us again how the authorities "framed" your comrade Charlie Dyer....:pke:
