MAGA is claiming Constitution violated? Is that why all 50 states certified, Congress certified, Trump's Attorney General certified, DHS certified.

the Supreme Court has in fact said the states which followed procedures not set by the state legislatures were wrong to do so......but they did say the election would stand.......thus, Biden is the first president put in office by other than a democratic constitutional election.......

This atrocity in order to make it appear tRump won those states, and in some cases in so-called red states that are not all that red anymore by a bare minimum. MAGATS who are intellectually and morally deficient apparently are retarded when it comes to recognizing, respecting and understanding U.S. Constitutional law especially in terms of treason. This includes to which U.S. Constitutional law was violated in 2016 when tRump was lawlessly hacked in their as a result of his co-conspiring repukes of the sewer facilitating the foreign hacking and meddling against the 2016 election which destroyed its legitimacy.

Post a link to that statement by the SCOTUS along with context as to which non-legislated procedures were followed and why.

IOW, were some special vote casting procedures allowed because of the pandemic?

And if the counting and verification process was the same as usual, what difference could making it safer and easier to cast votes have possibly made?
