The newly unsealed Department of Justice affidavit shows investigators relied on evidence from multiple sources to justify their search of Mar-A-Lago.

Joyce Vance said the heavily redacted document, which the FBI used to obtain their search warrant for Donald Trump's private resort, revealed their concerns that witnesses could face threats as part of an effort to obstruct their investigation of classified documents improperly removed from the White House.
 
They are slowly disappearing and soon will change their screen names and pretend they never supported the dupe.

Trump was no longer president when these crimes occured...

It does not matter if Trump had declassified (he had not) the documents, taking them was still illegal.

Pretending you returned the items, when you had not is called obstruction of justice.

Trump seems to claim that as FPOTUS he is above the law and he aint.

They claimed they were being cooperative, while not being cooperative. There is video.

There was a subpoena asking for ALL of these documents, yet, after MAGA land claimed they obeyed the subpoena the FBI found more of these documents still in the storeroom.
 
David Petraeus got two years probation and a $100,000 fine for MUCH less, Petraeus only had one document.

Im pretty sure Trump is getting prosecuted.

He was when they were boxed and marked for shipping.

See the 2nd item in lawyer letter for the rest.

Or just wait and we may see what actual judges think about it (if DoJ decides to actually file charges).

Or maybe SCOTUS will save everyone a lot of tax dollars and tell us what the Constitution really has to say about it.

After all, your opinion, my opinion every talking head's opinions make no difference at all.

Perjury of the FBI agent will be an interesting case.
