Corruption is a given in public programs. The best way to help the poor is to provide them opportunities and not hand outs.

But you get more votes with the latter, so there's that.

I actually feel pity for Celtic and the conservatards giving themselves strokes over the programs for the poor.
They have no clue how much the 1 percent doesn't pay in taxes vs them.
