Telephone records investigation....

Eric Holder is ordered by president Obama to investigate himself....so this scandal would be put rest by noon today.....
It shouldn't take more than 2 hours to find himself and the DOJ innocent of any wrongdoing.....

Alleging that the reporters had committed a crime, so they could get a warrant to sieze phone records and personal e-mails of the reporter and his family. When in fact there was not even evidence to suggest he had committed a crime.

1) I've seen no evidence that they took personal emails of the reporters family.
2) I've seen no evidence that they accused him of a crime only that he was connected to a crime and that he likely had evidence of felonious activity in his phone and emails.
3) I've seen evidence that he was connected to the crime.
4) It appears that a judge certified that there was enough evidence of a crime to issue a warrant.

If they had done like the Bush Justice Department and done this without a warrant.... Id be pretty upset.
