No, they may not be an enemy of the US, but they are an enemy of civilized people in general......
the nutjobs they have that walk around in the public squares beating the women that happen to flash and ankle or show a bare elbow .....
they're insane......but then like you say....they are not OUR enemy and they are thousands of miles away....

That's where I draw the line, also. On the other hand the suppression of women knows no borders. Even the highest legislative body in the freest country on the face of the planet jump into the act when it comes to wardrobe malfunctions. :(

you would have to define "civilized", not being argumentative for arguments sake, but were' a pretty fucked up society too.
They don't allow women to show an ankle, here women are though of as sex objects, although we have made strides in equality.

Let me help you......I my opinion, civilized society's do not beat their women in public for accidentally flashing a bare hand or similar act....
Stone their women to death for being the victim of rape.....or have 4 male eyewitnesses to said rape in order to prove it wasn't voluntary sex, etc....
and the list goes on and on....

by comparison, WE are fucking angels and gods or reason and brotherly love.....

I don't endorse their religion, if ppl want to call Muslim uncivilized, i'm not going to argue, from our p.o.v. it would be. But we aint them, and they aint secular,and Islamic states are coming.
The choice is how to deal with this - war and jihad are self perpetuatiing, was my simple point.

No, azz-whole. "Flashing" a nipple is not "quite another". That is the same neanderthal thinking that resulted in women being harrassed when feeding their child.

The other day I was at the food court in a mall and a woman was breastfeeding. Everyone, without exception, was eating but some people think it's "dirty" that a child is eating, also. Only a person whose head is in a very dark place (hint, hint) would think that.
