It is still not clear that this escalation threat is even possible due to lack of launchers.

This missile is a sea based weapon, we cant even pretend that Ukraine can launch them from sea, and it is not clear that there is any land launch system other than the Typhoon, of which there are almost none, and which the Russians would destroy immediately.
