I recall you also saying that you didn't believe that Germany took over a million migrants last year!! Many of those migrants threw away their documents so that they could pretend to be from Syria, indeed for quite a while they were just waved through from Greece all the way up to places like Sweden.

Although not all of those arriving in Europe choose to claim asylum, many do. Germany received the highest number of new asylum applications in 2015, with more than 476,000. But far more people have arrived in the country - German officials said more than a millionhad been counted in Germany's "EASY" system for counting and distributing people before they make asylum claims.

300k Syrians have applied for asylum in Germany, 500k Syrians have arrived in Germany (which means 200k went elsewhere afterwards).

More than half of Syria's population is displaced due to the war, but rightists feel the need to invent fairy tales about people in random third world countries randomly getting a hankering to walk to europe in order to get welfare benefits.

I mean, 6 million have been dislocated out of Syria. Is it really so surprising that somewhere under a million of those wound up somewhere in Europe? Do we really have to invent stories about them all being from safe countries like Morocco? I mean Morocco isn't even on the list. The second and third are Afghanistan and Iraq, both of which are indeed war torn countries.
 
well there seems to be a preference for Germany and Sweden (?) and states that offer more assistance.. which is not surprising at all.

It's general knowledge Syria and Afgh are the main players.

PS. don't forget the migrants from Libya ( sub-Saharan Africans) ; Europe has it's hands full

At least 7,000 migrants have been intercepted in Libyan and international waters in the past few days.

Why emigrate to Europe when Syria is surrounded by Muslim countries?

Why aren't Muslim countries bearing some of the burden?

So you take them then, seeing as how it was primarily Bush and Obama that caused the fucking problems in the first place!! Those figures are patently misleading anyway as just between them Sweden and Germany have taken in well over 1 million. Even the BBC article shows that the number of migrants is far higher. Then there are all the illegals that have been people smuggled into Europe that's probably good for another million.

There was a fascinating documentary on the oh so politically correct BBC last night called the The Last Whites in the East End. One man said it all really when he stated that it is basically a form of ethnic cleansing.
