Its early yet, but this type of poll should start concerning Donald Trump and the Republican party.

Its not just the raw number of Trump losing badly to HRC, its the underlying demographics.

Oh, well it says her negatives are lower than Trumps and her positives are higher than his.

The biggest deal is those who could see themselves voting for her is much higher than those who could see themselves voting for him.

What is your expectation of an MSNBC poll ?
And you should note that Trump has just weathered a multimillion dollar attack campaign and he has yet to open fire on her.
But the short answer is,.one poll is just one poll.

msnbc polls have a history of being fairly accurate.

It could certainty change, but as more time passes the more concerning it should be for Trump. HRC has also survived multimillion dollar attack campaigns, some funded by the taxpayers.
 
It's great when Trump starts saying "many" when you know he only means one.

He does that with polls all the time. "Many polls show me beating Hillary - many, many polls." He did that w/ the Muslim thing, too. When he suggested banning Muslims from traveling to the U.S., he said "Many, many" of his "Muslim friends" had called him to thank him for that.

Strangest brain that we've had in national politics.

there is a conservative 'nevertrump' movement going on right now with a lot of butthurt establishment types who can't get over the fact their boy jeb blew 100 million dollars. Democrats are already basically content in getting behind clinton, but republicans are going to need some salve for a bit. I mean just logically clinton has basically alreadu locked up the nom, trump is still slugging it out. I would expect those numbers to go down a lot once conservatives realize they have to beat hillary.

Here is an interesting number from last night, 7% of democrats voted for trump, whereas 3% of republicans voted for hillary.

What you have to remember is that ALL polls are nothing more than a snapshot, and all are taken from a sample group no larger than 400 to 600 people. Right now, the polls that have Trump ahead of the rest of the Republicans is based on a race that is ongoing.

Any snapshot based on a Trump/Hillary race is based on something that doesn't exist, and can't really be taken seriously. Right now, Trump isn't campaigning against Hillary. He just succeeded in knocking most of the competition out of the race. When he wins the nomination, she will become the target of his George Patton assault. Her numbers will start to plummet when that happens.

Remember, the Republican Party all during the nomination process said Ronald Reagan never had a chance against Jimmy Carter because The Gipper was too old. On Election Day, Carter was ahead of Reagan in the polls. And that contest was a landslide victory for Reagan.

So far, the guy whose predictions have been coming true on a consistent basis is Donald Trump. I think he's going to win the Presidency.

And America is FUCKED if he doesn't.

Stopped reading after bold. You have clearly displayed your ignorance on standard deviation, sample size, and confidence intervals. A random 400 sample size is more than sufficient for most polls. Retard conservatives that don't believe in science shouldn't be talking about math.

While I'm a conservative and don't believe in the standard evolutionary theory I have to agree with Grind on the math part. The sample size is indeed more than sufficient.
