I hope it passes. Since Colorado is a toss up state it could be a linchpin. A President might be more hesitant to let the DEA bust heads there. If they don't that might open the door towards a legal challenge in other jurisdictions.

It should help to reduce the alcohol fueled riots that plagued Colorado last election. Stoners would not behave like this...
