Yes, think about it. Think about how cheap a cell phone really is and how inexpensive some of the pre-paid phones are. Then think about being homeless. Think about trying to find a job without a physical address. Think about telling a prospective employer that they can reach you at one of the local shelters if they call around. Or maybe tell them you can be reached at one of the food pantries or the a soup kitchen at dinner time.
