Trump is clearly a fascist. Trump praised his mob that seriously injured 150 cops at the Capitol.

Should that disqualify Trump from holding the office of President.

our whole society is fascist.

large corporations dictate policy at the very highest levels.

libertarians want to blame only the government aspect.

but corporations aren't saying no to the power.

they are half of fascism.

maybe you mean totalitarian?

fascist is not the same as totalitarian.

He spent election eve through 1/6 trying to overturn a legitimate election, and then let his cult attack the Capitol for 3 hours, when he could have stopped them at any time.

It shouldn't even be a Constitutional issue. No true American should want someone like that near the Oval. But unfortunately, many Republicans are moving on from the whole "republic" thing.

Even Trump's own daughter pleaded with him to call the National Guard.

It's not illegal in America to be either a fascist or a communist,
or to hold office as either one.

The constitution's provisions for amendment,
despite requiring a consensus level that we may never see again
makes being a fascist or communist, either one,
or even a monarchist, perfectly legal.

What's illegal is trying to bring about changes by methods not consistent
with what current constitutional language allows.

That's what Trump tried to do and continues trying to do.

Back in the 1950s, when people were dragged before congressional committees
and asked if they were ever a member of the Communist Party,
NONE of that was legitimate governmental procedure.

Now, we're returning to that level of malfeasance and worse.

Only the Constitution specifies qualifications for president. A natural born citizen at lease 35 years old, lived in the U. S. 14 years.

Nobody has the power to add additional qualifications/restrictions; such as felony convictions, being a fascist, communist or any other ideology, age.........Participating in a insurrection is to be determined. Certainly that determination would not be left to each state.

The cases that struck Trump from the ballot applied to the Republican primary. That would not keep him off the general election ballot if he wins the nomination at the national convention.

their coherency levels are worlds apart.

trump is clearly superior by several orders of magnitude.

Support for a pigfucking orangutan, Asshat,
identifies you as a trumpanzee
as opposed to a human being.

Even if humans exist somewhere back in your family history,
you are clearly of a post mutation generation
and exist very clearly at sub-human status.

The next time Mike Tyson or Evander Holyfield
gives a seminar on
the correlation of environmental changes
to revisions in the expected standard of living,
we will all hear a level of intellectual expression
far beyond what you can muster on your best day.

Only one former president and one cult of that former president thinks their way is the only way (fascism) and that he should be installed as "president for life". <---totalitarianism. So, you are correct. Fascism and totalitarianism are two different things. trump and his disgusting, nazi cult are both.
