I don’t fancy myself an expert on European energy so bear with me but my understanding is Germany was heaving reliant upon Russian natural gas. What in this article states otherwise?

The likes of Germany, France etc. have been importing LPG from Qatar, the USA and Algeria. All the storage is now full albeit at a cost, currently running at twice as much as Russian gas.

There is not enough storage, there are not enough pipelines in the right places, and there is not enough regasification capacity......the experts say.....to get through winter without a problem unless it is quite warm.
