There is also no reason to believe that Trump has dementia... Dementia patients cannot consent to such things, thus the requirement of "intent" is in question. However, I do not believe you could really claim he didn't direct this to happen, he held interviews in which he spoke about why he intended to pardon those folks.

The SCOTUS could possibly pick up the case if they believed that Biden had dementia and therefore could not provide consent.

I very much do not believe that will happen though. If they take it up it will be to tell Trump to stop trying to revoke pardons issued by his predecessors.

trump has frontotemporal dementia. That's not even up for debate. Nobody is questioning the legitimacy of any trump pardons...just the impetus.

Likewise, no sane person would question Biden's pardons, but again...trump suffers FTD and is not sane.

he was sparing them from the legal abuse that Trump would have put them through. Trump has Alzheimer's and needs lots of help. That is one reason he gave Musk so much power. he cannot keep up with the job. He is just collecting every penny he can.
Biden explained why he did the pardons. He used an adult vocabulary and explained it well.

This is absurd. You live in an alternate reality. I watched him sit there, signing EO after EO while taking questions shot from the sidelines and answering them off the top of his head.

In your world the man who shook hands with air and needed the Easter Bunny to keep him away from the Press is just fine while the man that sat for hours being peppered with questions has dementia...

I agree that Biden explained what he did, hence me saying so in the post you quoted to get to this inanity.
