so is there some mysterious "returning ballot" which ISN'T an absentee ballot......because apparently Dems lead in returned ballots and Reps lead in absentee ballots......

I know, maybe "returned" ballots are those that came back from the post office marked "Addressee Unknown - No Forwarding Address"........

depend on where in the state.....I filled out my absentee ballot earlier this week and learned the Democrats didn't bother having a candidate on the ballot for any county office......
