Obama had his fluff guys in there asking him, "What has enchanted you about being President?"

Trump can have his way as well, whatever atmosphere he wants.

Elections have consequences. The press needs President Trump more than he needs them. Perhaps he just does not need them to lick his boots or to have professional ass kissers the way Barry Soetoro's did. :)
