Yet another tax increase proposal by the Marxist left wing of Massachusetts. FYI to all you good democrats around this board.. this state is filled with dems that are really giving your party a very bad name as of late. Obama and his administration are not doing a very good job at keeping your freaks in the closet. Even Bush was better at keeping his lunatic right in the closet at least for the first 4 years.



BOSTON
The Massachusetts House is expected to debate a bill today designed to provide financial relief to cities and towns, but which critics say could end up raising property taxes. Republicans and antitax activists say the bill would provide communities with an end run around Proposition 2 1/2, which limits property tax increases. The measure would let cities and towns raise property taxes above that limit to pay property tax abatement's when owners appeal their tax bills.

SM, Democrats have never been conservative. The Federalist, National Republican, and Whig parties were the conservatives of their days. Democrats have been Jeffersonian and Jacksonian populists, Wilsonian leftists, New Deal leftists, and New leftists, but they have never once been conservatives. The only difference now is that the GOP is no longer the paleoconservative party of Robert Taft, Calvin Coolidge, William McKinley, or Abraham Lincoln. Its starting to have all of the problems that plagued the Whig Party, save for presidents dying in office, which really fucked over the Whigs.

Yeah, wanting to give towns the ability to fund schools in the middle of a recession is a "marxist left wing" idea. You're a fucking lunatic...

That may be the case, however lots of people have been fooled by the Democrat Party into thinking that they have a wing that supports conservatism. I was one of them. Fool me once...
 
You can't honestly try and tell me that the Democrats in Mississippi were more conservative than the Republicans. In Arkansas, the Republican governor commuted everyone on death row and pursued prison reform. All across the south, they were the pro-choice, pro-human party. They abandoned that good side of them in the 80's to the beck and call of the worst president of all time, and became all evil.

I've never known anyone to be pro-choice and pro-human, since the former is evil and the latter incompatable.
