Well, their goal was to reduce their population. Clearly they didn't anticipate this, or perhaps didn't care. The population certainly will be reduced, assuming they don't follow one of the "solutions" that you've suggested. Somehow I can't see racial integration as being particularly attractive to them. I recall a story some years ago that addressed the social effects of a society of "only" children. It wasn't encouraging.
 
BTW for all you anti-gun people.. China's war strategy for USA is ww2 Normandy/Holland type invasions paratroopers and all right into America. Kill us with people power.
 
They could make laws that allow for bride imports if they are unable to bear children.

It would at least solve the daunting prospect of that many males without a sexual partner.

I would especially work in a land where women are treated more often like possessions than partners! Great plan, Cypress! Men just love sharing their possessions with other men and it would allow them to continue to drown their daughters! *Whew* You saved their culture!

that's not legal, the chineese authorities upon seeing the motivation of these single men would offer Wall Street like incentives to the hotties.
