According to the decision in Hawaii vs Trump it does not matter what the text in an executive order is. The only thing that matters is campaign statements which would then give the intent for the order. These statements stand even if modified at future dates.

Ruth Ginsberg said some very nasty things about Trump during the campaign using the precedent of Hawaii vs Trump this means that any decisions she takes against Trump in the future will be motivated by bias against him irregardless of the legal reasoning behind it.

She can no longer function as a Supreme Court Justice due to this. According to the democrats when they were trying to get Garland nominated, we need a full roster of Judges to serve the American people.

She should resign and have a new justice appointed by President Trump.

I think they should strap her to a stretcher, stick an IV into her and wheel her into the chambers for hearings....they could mount a huge defibrillator to her back and flick the switch every few minutes to provide added drama to the proceedings......then Hillary can come in and sign her opinions for her....all of this should be kept secret by the DNC until 2020 and wikileaks can release it thirty days before the election........
